CLOSED BETA PARTICIPATION & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Beta Testing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between
One Point Reset EFT (“Discloser”) and the undersigned participant (“Tester”).
1. Purpose: Discloser is granting Tester access to a proprietary, pre-release emotional freedom/focused therapy software platform (“Beta Program”) for evaluation and feedback purposes.
2. Confidentiality Obligations: Tester agrees that all aspects of the Beta Program, including but not limited to user interfaces, design workflows, guided One Point Reset EFT exercises, features, performance, and documentation, are strictly confidential (“Confidential Information”).
Tester shall not:
- Share screenshots, video recordings, or screen-shares of the platform.
- Discuss the platform publicly on social media, blogs, or forums.
- Allow any third party to use or view their login credentials.
3. “As-Is” Status & Clinical Disclaimer: Tester acknowledges that the software is a pre-release version. It may contain bugs, errors, or service interruptions.
One Point Reset EFT makes no guarantees regarding the clinical efficacy or uninterrupted uptime of the platform during this phase.
4. Feedback Ownership: Any feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports provided by Tester become the sole property of Discloser, with no obligation for compensation.
